    Going to give myself a hallpass this week. Got COVID, so my focus was 100% recovery, so I wanted to eat at a surplus for a few days. Some of this is water, some is gain. Will be happy if I maintain this over the next week and then will add the deficit back in.

    With Covid impacting June, pretty happy to maintain. Feeling much better now. Next challenge is I am travelling and on leave next 3 weeks....will be interesting! Still hunting 50lbs total loss and entry into sub 200 club.
