I'm currently reading 2 novels, The Summer I Turned Pretty by Jenny Han, and The People We Meet On Vacation by Emily Henry.

    Both very good novels.

The Four Winds - Kristin Hannah

A couple of the best books I've ever read.

I just finished Cajun Justice by James Patterson.

Oh my goodness, I finished The Fours Winds this morning and tears were pouring down my face 😭

What an amazing story, Kristin really does know how to bring the characters to life. I'm not sure I would have survived that kind of life.

I've read The Great Alone and The Nightingale as well and I'm going to work my way through the rest of her books.

The merciless ones by Namina Forna. Book 1 was great, this sequel less so. Very frustrating read.

"The sun has not fallen from the sky; Nor has the moon ceased from her seasons. The winds have not folded themselves up forever; nor have the clouds forgotten the chart of their arial roads. The sea-tides have not faltered in their alternations. The dews of our evenings are not less healing than they were when Judas hanged himself, or when Achilles trailed Hector at the heel of his chariot."
