Pain in Wrists

Options
Bearing down weight onto wrists like push up position hurts
So does pressing palms together and flexing hand towards wrists
Tried wrist strengthing and mobility as well as kin tape
It’s not going ice helps and cold water

    Go get evaluated by a PT. Don't eff with wrists.

    Look up TFCC injury. Maybe try taping it for a while and see if that helps.

    When bear down weight on left wrist like in press up position instant pain in sulcus area

    What if you do pushups holding on to hand weights so you don't have to flex your wrists? Does that still hurt? I did stretching on my wrists to get more flexibility. If it still hurts, go to the doctor.
