My name is Sarah-Joy, I'm 31 and now weigh over 200lbs! Not sure how positive I am feeling today - but I really want to get on track. I am now at my heaviest weight again. And feeling it too. Recently diagnosed diabetes, been on and off here for a few years. This time I have to do it. I regularly see what diabetes does to people at the kidney dialysis clinic... I refuse to allow myself to become a patient. I have lost 21 pounds in almost the last 2 months. Looking to lose another 60, and working on getting my A1C lowered. Feel free to add me.2
