My name is Donna. I am 62 years old and I live in the Midwest of the US. I am 5β 5β tall.

07/26β¦..202.8(Trend Weight: 200.4)β¦.. A huge jump up yesterday of over 3 Β½ lbs. down a smidgen today. Why doesnβt it come off as fast as it goes on? Life isnβt always fair! Medical appointment today for heart scan that involves some travel and results on another travel day Thursday to the cardiologist. Being away from home with all the car sitting wonβt help the weight but hopefully Iβll get some answers.
07/31β¦..201.6(Trend Weight: 201.4)β¦.. Down 1.2 for the month and grateful for that. I have been diagnosed with triple blockages in my heart and will be having emergency stenting tomorrow (Monday). If all goes well, I will just be gone overnight. Iβll be spending the day setting up my first of the month bills, cleaning up the house a bit and packing. I hate things hanging over my head so Iβm glad this is happening quickly. I will try to keep up with the posts and will keep you updated as I can.
Every healthy habit brings me closer to scratching each of these off to NEVER see them again!

I'm sorry to hear about your health issues. Wishing you all the best for your surgery tomorrow and a quik recovery. I'm sure after this surgery you'll be feeling so much better and gung ho to get on with losing weight and getting healthier.
Also I'm intrigued on how you get color in your postings??

July 5:134.0(+1.8) I ate 2,400 calories yesterday full of salt and sugar.So I'm up a bit with no new low.
July 12:131.0(-3.0) Mostly water and all from the week before. The solid pound loss this week is -1.2lb(fat).
July 19:133.0(+2) (T.O.M is near!)(I Had a rough week With cravings! So eating too much to lose any weight. Gained water weight and ate maintenance calories everyday for that week. Maybe in one of the last two weigh in. I will hit my goal.

Didn't make it to my goal this month. At least I didn't gain any weight. So that's a plus right there.
Total loss this month-1.2lbs . Average out to only 0.3 perweek.

My tracking tells me I've likely gained around 3 pounds this trip. My weight was up on the last day I weighed before I left due to my TOM so it's going to take a bit once I get home to see where I truly sit. Will weigh in tomorrow to start the August challenge and get to work!
I know from my last flight I tend to retain a ton after a flight so the number might be quite high.3 -

Update: well guys! I'm 130.0 this morning at 6:30Am. Lost 1.0 pound over night. Must of been masked by the salty meal. I had the night before Weigh in day.This still count as weight of yesterday and part of today In my opinion, So I lost 2.2lbs in july. Averaged 0.5 Lbs per week instead.I reached my goal of the 130.0s : ).3 -

You have to use the correct syntax with the brackets, but yes. I think you may find some colors don't exist.1 -
