Welcome to MFP. I was new in June so getting to know my way around as well. If you are at your home, click on community tab which is located towards the right side on the top blue line. Clicking on this community tab will take you to "My FitnessPal Community" page. On the top right side there will be a magnifier, a bell & your tiny profite picture. If there have been any posts in any group that you have flagged they will show as notifications where the bell is. Clicking on that bell will show you links to that group & it's posts. If you scroll down on the right hand side you will see a list of "quik links". Any groups or discussions you have flagged will show up there. Hope this helps. I'm still trying to figure out my personal blog. I have done 2 but they didn't show up anywhere as far as I can tell and they aren't showing up in my blog as my having made any blogs. I see on other members blogs that they have blogs they've done archived and show up but I'm darned if I know how this is done.

Weight in blue makes me blue because itβs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itβs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
08/01-201.2-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery today with an overnight hospital stay.
08/05-200.2-(Trend Weight: 201.2)- Time to progress to progress. Funny itβs the same spelling but a completely different word and meaning and pronunciation. But so true for meβ¦β¦ I have for the better part of this year been just barely maintaining. I need to lose weight. Being around 200+ pounds is totally unacceptable!
