Hi I’m Daniele and I’m from the north east of England
I’m a nurse and work shifts including night shift. I’ve put on quite a lot of weight over past few years. I want to improve my general health and fitness, lose weight and feel like me. I’d be grateful for any hints and tips and friends for motivation

Welcome to the MFP Community. I don't have any specific tips for shift work, but one suggestion I see often is to stick to a routine as much as possible.
