    I do yoga every day.

    Yoga is for everyone and it makes you feel amazing. If you don’t do it, try it!

    I'm not sure what you mean by mindfulness, but I do yoga stretches every night before bed for about 15-20 minutes. There are some good videos on Youtube. Flexibility is a focus for me this year.
