    Aug 22: 6 (6); reps: 120
    Aug 23: 6 (5); reps: 150/20
    Aug 24: 5 (6); reps: 100/20
    Aug 25-26: 5 (5); reps: 100/50

    Total: 117 (117); reps: 3080 bodyweight/1090 weights ... 4170

    Planks 30 sec x 5 x 6 days for
    the rest of this month I’ll start posting tomorrow

    Aug 22: 6 (6); reps: 120
    Aug 23: 6 (5); reps: 150/20
    Aug 24: 5 (6); reps: 100/20
    Aug 25-26: 5 (5); reps: 100/50
    Aug 27: 5 (5); reps: 100

    Total: 122 (122); reps: 3180 bodyweight/1090 weights ... 4270

    Goal achieved.

    Well I’ll try again tomorrow got the 2nd shingles vaccine on Thursday and have every side effect listed including sever dizziness not able to do anything
