Can you keep it going asking ONLY QUESTIONS?

Am I thrown out of the "in-crowd" if I say I'm not a fan of cane-sugar colas? Though I've tried a few, and when ice cold they can be tasty, don't they leave an odd taste in the mouth if they get even the slightest bit warm first?
Did you know there was a sugar beet processing plant a few miles from my high school growing up? Once they extracted the sweet juice, they burned the remaining plant, and wasn't that about the LEAST sweet aroma one can imagine? Didn't we know which direction the wind was blowing without even looking outside based upon the smell in the air...bitter disgusting from the sugar beets to the west, or mouth-watering from the potato processing plant to the east? Growing up in Idaho, didn't we produce the vast majority of McDonald's French fries?
Wasn't there a sugar beet processing plant near where I grew up too? But fortunately, wasn't it about twenty miles north of home? So, didn't we only encounter that "LEAST sweet aroma" when driving past on the freeway, headed to or from some destination?
Isn't that plant long gone now?

Would that explain the lack of a response?0

In another thread, the computer complained I was misspelling "sautรฉed" because I was missing the carrot over the first "e"...how can I be held accountable for spelling a word correctly when my keyboard doesn't have the proper symbol?0
-
Isn't the fact I can right-click on the word and input the symbol irrelevant?0
-
Is it possible @corinasue1143 has a life away from the keyboard? Didn't the federal government outlaw such a concept back in 2017?0

Since itโs the weekend (for me) wouldnโt now be a great time to share my big news? After an interview last Thursday, references on Friday, offer on Monday, and formally resigning on Tuesday hasnโt my week been a whirlwind of excitement? ๐ฅ2
-
Your whirlwind confused me...was your big news share the fact you got a new job? The way you worded your week, am I excused for confusedly thinking you'd accepted a job Monday only to resign the same job the very next day?0
-
Shall we all raise a toast to celebrate your new job? While normally a toast of beer or wine is customary, considering the crowd in this thread, shall we instead toast your success with coffee?0
-
How about we toast with specialty coffees? Cat, do you prefer a latte, a cappuccino, or maybe a Frappuccino?0
-
Shall I answer for Cat with "espresso frappuccino"?
Since it's the weekend for her, might she be having too much fun to respond?

Any guesses the size of the coffee Cat takes along for the first day on the new job?0

Unless it's one of those days when I need a lot of caffeine, aren't I partial to a grande sized coffee drink?
On another note, why would someone ruin a perfectly good salad by sprinkling Bleu Cheese all over it? ๐คฎ0 -
Aren't I also partial to the grande size for hot drinks, but, unless I'm concerned about calories, don't I go for venti size frappuccinos and refresher drinks?
What? You don't like bleu cheese? Don't I often add a little bleu cheese (and sunflower seeds, and pecans, and croutons, and cherry tomatoes, and...) to the prepared Chicken Caesar Salads I buy (because I'm too lazy to actually make my own salads)? ๐

Have you had a great first day off, Cat, enjoying some pickles and mustard I assume, along with those venti espresso frappuccinos? ๐๐๐0
-
Would you be surprised to hear I didnโt have any of the above? ๐ Perhaps later once the nachos and ice cream cake settle? ๐0
-
Will you be surprised to hear I can get on board with nachos and ice cream cake?0
-
Isnโt that excellent news? ๐0
-
Can we now be compatible dinner friends? ๐0
-
Even though weโd be working against our goals? ๐Wonโt the answer always be yes? ๐ค0

Isn't it quite the coincidence that I just had nachos for lunch, and just now not ice cream cake, but ice cream at least?0
-
Wasn't today my "treat day" because after weeks of yo-yoing weight-wise, didn't I lose 4 pounds this past week? ๐ฅณ๐0

After weeks of not being able to lose even 1lb, didnโt I decide to stop eating treats and drinking beverages with added sugar? While I'm allowing myself 2 servings of fruit a day, aren't I on day 5 of no chocolate covered raisins, raspberry lemonade, ice cream, cookies, etc.? Aren't I down 3lbs so far?1 -
Is that legal, being food twinsies? ๐
Isn't it amazing how cutting out all those calorie-heavy sweets can contribute to sudden weight-loss progress? ๐ค๐
Don't I wish we could have our cake and eat it too though? ๐0 -

Haven't I promised myself 1 treat once I get to 5 lbs lost? Isn't the plan to go back to no sweets until I get to another 5 lbs lost?0
