Currently in maintenance (did a pretty significant cut at the beginning of the year), then did a decent slow massing phase. Holding what I got (weight-wise) for awhile (not really sure on timeline, TBD...), and then will pick a path from there. Training hard (I'm off today, but this is my 1RIR microcycle before going into a deload) and making progress in that regard though.1

Is your goal to gain 20 pounds between now and the start of the year? Or eventually 20 pounds, however long it takes you? If your goal is gaining lean weight, then the second should be your answer...2

Doesn’t matter the muscle for now honestly, I just need the pounds. I eat pretty healthy as is. And yes between now and New Years!0

almost done with my calorie amount for today. 2300 calories a day. over 3 meals with snacks in between. taking a lot o slow down on my exercise routine.1

OP Please tell me you're still going!! I just got back into it and I've only missed one day in the last two weeks. This is the most committed I've ever been and it feels unreal. Don't give up, just keep forcing that food down. Smoothies are the key here.3
