I'm being slightly aggressive in my September goal weight because I want to be at the low-end of my maintenance range before going on vacation in October. Not because I'm trying to fit in to anything, but I want to have a good solid buffer for all that travel time (less workout) and eating out (difficult to track).3 -

Hi! Iβm new! Iβd like to join because I need some accountability! I started entering in my meals and tracking my steps last month and did nothing with the information except maybe feel bad.

Hi everyone - excited to join in for another month! I'm 48 years old and I'm 5'1". Today I'm at 233 which makes my loss total from my start weight 12lbs. Slow start, but I'm moving in the right direction now. My goal this month is to get to the gym more - at least 2x a week. It helps that there's a built-in reward for going to the gym... using the massage chairs afterward! π
