Success of the week: Holding steady within upper portion of maintenance zone.
Struggle of the week: I got hit by a car riding my bike yesterday. All things considered, I came out of it OK. Cuts, scrapes, and bruises. Ambulance came; I refused transport. I'm pretty sore today and opted not to join some friends for some whitewater paddling. Instead I'm eating NSAIDs. I bet my weight will increase a bit as my body heals itself. Ouch.

Successes/struggles of the week: Overall, this week was still a bit on the high side coming down from last week which was very high, though I did see downward movement again so most of it is stubborn water weight. I had a great day for steps one day last week with over 22k steps.4 -

I’m annoyed, I was under 50 kg at the beginning of the week but popped up to 50.3 on Friday after spending over 5 hours in the car on Thursday and it’s not going away. I've been averaging over 50 kg for three months now.
I still have a couple of weeks before my next holiday to get a kg off.

Success: My weight was down all week. Even below my range weight for one day. It's funny how that doesn't bother me as being .5 over my range.
Struggle: I had company for dinner. ate out once and had an unusal schedule. This my excuse for not logging as I should, off my meal plan, and my exercise routines. It's a miracle that I didn't gain.4 -

Sept 2 was a long day of travel by car (11 hours) and we have the same tomorrow. Hard to get movement in when you're in the car that long. I also overindulged at a wedding where I hadn't seen family in many years. However, I did dance the night away and felt good afterwards (no soreness). Love what my body can do for me now!4 -

Struggle would be the excessive amount of dining out we are doing on this vacation, and the indulgence level of those meals. We have also been driving a lot so it hasn't been as offset with activity as it normally would be. The second half of this vacation should be more active. I could definitely make better choices but I know regardless that I'll have weight to work on losing after this vacation.4 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Haven't been sleeping well lately, which hasn't helped with getting my weight back down into range, as I'm waking up later and cutting my workouts short as a result, and have been unmotivated to put in much effort into the workouts. I'm reevaluating my workouts and thinking that maybe changing things up a bit and adding a new workout goal will help.3 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Overall average weight was pretty similar to last week, though with more lower weights this week - one pretty high weigh-in last week brought the average up a bit. I'm working on a new workout goal which will hopefully help with motivation for my workouts.3 -

The only item I could truly define as a success is that I didn't stop logging my food.
However, I overate like crazy and I was more sedentary than normal.
I still have a lot to learn about how to moderate on vacation.
I feel completely confident I'll get back on track, but I definitely overdid it.4 -

I’m very disappointed with myself. I wanted to be down to 49 kg before setting off on holiday. I’ve been leaving about 200 calories on the table every day but only lost a few grams. I’m clearly either under-estimating my calories in or over-estimating calories out. Probably the latter – I’m struggling with cardio exercise as my arthritis pain is troubling me.
My average now for September is 50 kg and I’m away now until early October.
This holiday should be very active and we are self - catering (eating out in the evenings) so hopefully not too much weight gain.
I will have to exert self control over the beer and ice -cream!

Success/Struggle: Weights is up. Not surprising since I have been eating out several days of the week during the past two weeks and definitely overeating. It was fun though and I had some fantastic meals. Once in a while is okay for me but not as often as of late. Hopeful that I will be at goal or below next week but it will take work and focus. I did do better with my exercises.

My first really good week in a long time.
I realized I didn’t feel good when I ate rich foods or too much. Went back to eating at home & the foods that make my body feel good.
I now weigh 167.4 (down from
Higher 2 weeks ago) BMI hit 26.1 which woke me up. Already have it down to 25.45. Calories are in “losing range” down 500-600 calories daily I think.
Struggles: I decided I should add more structure to my days after attending an in-line art conference 8AM to 9:30 PM for 5 days. 90 min sessions with 20 minute breaks & hour long meal breaks.
I’m Playing around with a schedule (all of this inspired by @TerriRichardson112 - thank you) as a way to meet my life goals & foster my happiness.
My “Maddie Conference Schedule” will include 90 min breaks for Nature Journaling, Stitch Group & stitching, Hiking, Home Maintenance/Clothes Washing/Plant Care, Research, Getting Ready for Sleep, Calls with Friends, Meal Prep/Eating/Logging, Beat Saber, Times w/Hubby…
I’ve always been very free flow at home, but I truly was so much happier being busier. The schedule reminds me of my classroom schedule & those days were so fun❣️ I will be playing around with different schedules as the days go by.

Success: Got my weight trend turned around and coming back down again. Did two hard rides on the Peloton.
Struggles: Low steps and low water which is a sign of the stress of my job trickling into my personal life and affecting my self care. High stress did kead to overeating two days of this past week.2 -

Successes/struggles of the week: Decent week in terms of weight - consistently in the mid 113's, and then dropped down into the mid 112's one day. I've been on a fruit kick lately which probably has helped a bit and didn't have much takeout either. My workouts weren't great though especially for the past couple of days, as my computer broke and I had to back up everything and send it in for repair which took a lot of time.3 -

Struggles/Success: I am back into my exercise routine with a few pushups thrown lately. Eating is better too with less out of the house eating. I did go out to lunch yesterday and had a house salad with grilled chicken on top and feta cheese. Not bad for a restaurant meal! Now I have to work on getting enough fluids.

We are self catering breakfast and lunch, eating out at tavernas in the evenings. We are pretty active, and I am reasonably careful with food choices.

Successes: My walking & exercise is UP!
Purchased Sanctuary for my Quest2 & it did a better job than my walks at elevating my heart rate!! Excited.
1. Ate my regular healthy breakfast 7/7 days
2. Increased my daily avg steps to 8K
3. Did timed miles, 18+ & 19+ Used to take me 29 mins for 1 mile & I had to rest halfway through.
4. I am back here & on NOOM logging, reflecting, changing behaviors again.
Struggles:
1. *Eating out/takeout.
I used @425Recess ’s salad & chicken idea - awesome! & then ordered dessert which was huge & ate it all. Lost 1/2 the battle at that meal, but I’m still down 60 lbs.
2. * Eating as we watch a show before bed. My reward system Made no difference tonight, so I will try to figure out another idea.
