    08/01-201.2-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery day.

    08/03-201.6-(Trend Weight: 201.4)- Surgery went well. Healing properly. Glucose way up for absolutely no reason. Maybe normal in the healing process? No exertion allowed so calorie burning is at base level but logging and following diet good.

    08/10-197.0-(Trend Weight: 199.8)- Staying home healing and away from influences really helps. Lots of travel coming up this month literally all over the state of Michigan for various reasons. Car sitting and restaurants are not helpful to my cause. I’ve got to get the right mindset for all of this and watch PORTION CONTROL.

    08/17-200.4-(Trend Weight: 199.6)- A lot of medical travel this week including today. Weight up because of the car sitting and restaurants, but trend weight is slightly down. Today is my yearly breast cancer remission check-up and my mamm. Don’t forget to schedule yours! You are important!

    08/24-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.3)- So much medical travel, still yet due to the surgery and other conditions. I hate when I can’t get my steps in since it’s practically the only exercise I can get right now. I hope the travel will ease up a bit in mid to late Sept.

    08/31-200.0-(Trend Weight: 199.9)- Down about ½ pound since last week and 1.6 during August. Any progress whatsoever is very important to my health at this point. I’d like to amp that up, but without exercise being approved still yet, it is difficult to burn off my calories. Even my 1400 calories can put me at a gain, especially combined with my water retention on the days I don’t take the water pill (every other day). These new heart problems suck, but we all have our challenges. I just have to keep moving forward and remember that diet is more important than ever for me right now.

    Hi, I am in for another cycle. Thanks for starting this again.

    STARTING WEIGHT/DATE WITH MFP: about 175 on 8/19/12 (been here a long time, lol, but kinda off & on)
    Lost about 25 pounds, then pretty much maintaining, up a little, down a little, but would like to lose another 15 or so.

    Challenge starting weight: 144.2
    I weigh every day & average them on Monday, so my numbers are the weekly average.
    My goal for this cycle will be 140#

Yes, I ate the cake but I compensated with a smaller meal during the reception. I’m not getting me steps in very often. I’ve got to amp that up somehow.
