Does anyone try to keep their boobs the same size without shrinking them for fat lost?

When I was younger, the only time my cup size changed was when my band size changed.... ie from a 44 D to a 42 DD. ....so essentially the girls were staying the same size ... (the cup size is proportionate to the band size... p[roportion may bnoit be the right word... but I hope you get what I mean. This time around my band is staying the same but my cups are smaller. Whatever happens... happens. I just hope they don't shrink too much before my belly does!

It's not possible. Whatever happens to your boobs is gonna happen. There's breast tissue and fat in them, if you lose fat, you may lose it from your breasts. You may lose it from other places first, but there's literally no way to control that.
The fullness, size, and shape of my breasts has absolutely changed with my 25lb weight loss. It just is what it is.0 -
I know now.I hope mine won't not to shrink too much.So far so good have not see a big shrinkage. We all want to look good.I guess I can always use push up wonder bras lol1

It’s just a wait and see sort of thing. I lost almost no breast volume during a 60 pound loss. I went from a 40DDD to a 36F. I was actually hoping I’d lose a little up top, but no luck for me.
Bottom line: bodies are weird and are gonna do what they’re gonna do!0 -
Ok, I had planned on telling a funny breast story but got way laid by the coffee thing.
I had a mammogram years ago. A couple years later I had another one and the medical technician put the two years pics up on the wall x-ray viewer thingy and said, "You've lost weight!"
But, yeah, I went from a 40DD to a 32D (or DD....I really hate shopping )
@amberchen86 I know you want to look good but you're not your breasts or *kitten* or hips or nose or whatever. You're who you are inside which, I know, sounds cheesy but is true. The most gorgeous, well proportioned people can be outright *kitten* and suddenly be very ugly people.
Remember that, ok?7 -
I know people need to be pretty inside and outside to feel and look good.I know one lady from work everyone think she is ugly not because her look.I think pretty inside is more important.Your story is funny.I think we should have a way to weigh our boobs so we know how much we loose lol0

Alternatively, I don't know how accurate it was, but it was funny, I once stood on the scale and weighed, then got my husband to hold my boobs up and see what the different was lol2 -
When I had my reduction the doc took six pounds.
I used to be able to buy only super expensive European bras and was a K cup. And we ain’t talking coffee, either.
He took me down to a D. I was furious. I wanted to be flat chested after a lifetime of stares.
I’m sure there are women who would have killed to be me, but I still have indentations and brown “scars” where they used to bang and slap around my belly button, and deep strap dents on my shoulders. Kinda like you can still see wagon wheel ruts in the prairie a hundred and fifty years later.
The grass is always truly greener on the other side.5 -

There are all kinds of lawns, all kinds of fences, lotsa shades of green, I think.
I'm completely flat (maybe even slightly concave?), and fine with it, but because mine tried to kill me (breast cancer). That's a thing that has higher odds of occurring if one stays overweight/obese, BTW. I could've had insurance-paid reconstruction, any size I wanted, but reconstruction was not what I wanted. Haven't regretted the decision for one nanosecond.
The pathology lab said mine - which were pretty small even when I was obese - weighed around 4 pounds, IIRC - I think that was for the both of them, maybe.5
