Hi i’m new here

I’m new here and i’ve never really done anything like this, i’m trying to lose weight while hopefully swapping most of my fat weight with muscle weight while having Type 1 diabetes and PCOS.

    I’m going to assume from your user name you’re a few years younger than me.

    I started at 56 and husband at 67 and we’ve both lost substantial weight, as well as improved our health and mental attitude.

    Husband is off his diabetes meds as a result of his weight loss. 👍🏻

    Have you set up your data and goals? Need any help getting started?

    Well not knowing how active you were before.........ease into the exercise........I am pancreatic damage Type 1 and my insulin resistance and usage had to drop way off as I started heavier cardio. I am on needles still (pump is too aggravating with my activity levels) and my basal dose has tapered a bit but boluses have dropped considerably. Ease in and gradually adjust! Not sure if you are a Premium member but if you are the carb counts can be configured to net for us........
