Some abbreviations you might see:

SW = Starting Weight
GW – Goal Weight
UGW = Ultimate Goal Weight

    🎃 Hi all, started my pre-wedding diet last week.. I have 8 months to lose 15kg.

    🎃 Im currently calorie counting using MFP, with intermittent fasting & Whole Foods/ plant based. Really motivated for the first time since pre-covid!

    🎃 October Start Weight: 75.2kg
    October Goal Weight: 72kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 60kg

    October 1: 75.2kg
    October 2: 74.9kg

    A good start! Likely water weight as I’m at the beginning of my journey but will keep sipping my apple cider vinegar in hope!
