    🎃 Hi all, started my pre-wedding diet last week of September.. I have 8 months to lose 15kg.

    🎃 Im currently calorie counting using MFP, with intermittent fasting & Whole Foods/ plant based. Really motivated for the first time since pre-covid!

    🎃 October Start Weight: 75.2kg
    October Goal Weight: 72kg
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 60kg

    October 1: 75.2kg
    October 2: 74.9kg
    October 3: 74.25kg
    October 4: 74.2kg
    October 5: 73.6kg (2kg since I started my plan!)

    I do weigh ins once or twice a week.

    Oct 5: 148.8 probably a false low as I was stressed and didn’t eat much yesterday. I’ll take it though!

    2020: lost 24.4 lbs

    Jan lost: 0.5 lbs
    Feb lost: 0.5 lbs
    Mar gain: 1.6 lbs
    Apr gain: 4.5 lbs
    May gain: 0.6 lbs
    June lost: 2.9 lbs
    July/Aug gain: 1.9 lbs

    October goals: continue doing keto, mainly OMAD, some 2-5 day fasts throughout the month. Drink more water, do10k steps a day consistently, do some other exercise 2x a week consistently
