So I have started lifting weights and alternating between arms and legs, and doing some abs each day. I log it into the excercise journal but it doesn't say that it burns any calories. Why is that? I'm sure they burn calories but I guess it's not a significant source? lol i'm a rookie at this so I have no clue

  • Search strength training as a cardiovascular exercise and then you can log it.
  • It is because they don't know how many repitition you are doing,,,, you could find out and add it to your exercice yourself....
    I have not done it but was told you can...
