Oct 10: 147.6 Yesterday was my birthday. I indulged a bit. Nothing major though. A couple slices of pizza and so awful gluten free brownies my daughter made me. They really weren't very good, but there is only so much you can do with almond flour and low carb ingredients.

Been eating junk all day and feel absolutely crappy! Turning point is today to start making better choices and releasing these unwanted pounds. My diary is so disappointing but a reflection of why I’ve gained 30 pounds this year. I usually don’t weigh daily but need to refocus so will try for the remainder of this month. Goal is to be 175 by the end of this month. UGW is140.

You've made a lot of changes all at once. Your body may just need to settle into the new routine. Give it time, and make sure you are being diligent with logging.2 -
