Newish To Myfitnesspal

Hi everyone. I decided to rejoin after not using the app much before and this is my first time actually using the community feature.

I’ve always been on the heavier side and after a lot of starting and falling off the wagon this year I feel I’ve ‘experimented’ enough to give a real serious commitment to improving my life and health by dropping 80-100lbs. I’m currently on day 5 of being consistent.

    I'm just now rejoining too an also using the community feature or the first time. Also been heavier for most of my life and also 50. I have lost 47 lbs of my 80-100 lbs to lose though! It's still a struggle. I just can't seem to break below the 200lb barrier.

    Hi! You can add me if you'd like. I'm needing some positive people to help me out and I'd love to offer what I've learned. I've lost 100lbs, had an eating disorder, surgery, divorce, 40lb weight gain, hormone issues and now trying to do it the "right" way. We can all use some support in this battle!!
