Honestly a bit disappointed with the scale today. Been weighing everything and consistently staying under calories. I also had about 8 workouts this week.. 6 HIIT sessions with a instructor and 2 walks. I’m not even gonna nudge a little on my calories, since I already feel I’m at the lowest I can be while working out this much. Hoping for a big whoosh effect on the scale soon.

10/03-199.2-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I have no intention of leaving Onederland so this sneaking into my DGS’s snacks is going to stop. Plan for today….more water, more movement, more thoughtful meals with full logging and hitting the done button before bed.
10/10-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- It’s been a bad week full of travel and cravings. They seem to go hand-in-hand.
10/17-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- I hope everyone will do their self breast check and schedule your mammogram. It saves lives and yours really matters! On the weight front, mine really went up due to much travel this past week, but I am making better choices when I’m on the road. Missing the movement and calorie burn though.
10/24-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I can’t believe I completely forgot to weigh this morning due to a small change in routine. Wow! Anyway, yesterday was so-so. My choices weren’t the greatest, but no big binge and no large meals. Not enough water or sleep so I’ll work on that today and tonight. I am up from last weeks weight for sure, I just don’t know the exqct number, but somewhere in the 2 pound range.

10/03-199.2-(Trend Weight: 198.8)- I have no intention of leaving Onederland so this sneaking into my DGS’s snacks is going to stop. Plan for today….more water, more movement, more thoughtful meals with full logging and hitting the done button before bed.
10/10-199.8-(Trend Weight: 199.5)- It’s been a bad week full of travel and cravings. They seem to go hand-in-hand.
10/17-200.6-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- I hope everyone will do their self breast check and schedule your mammogram. It saves lives and yours really matters! On the weight front, mine really went up due to much travel this past week, but I am making better choices when I’m on the road. Missing the movement and calorie burn though.
10/24-DNW-(Trend Weight: DNW)- I can’t believe I completely forgot to weigh this morning due to a small change in routine. Wow! Anyway, yesterday was so-so. My choices weren’t the greatest, but no big binge and no large meals. Not enough water or sleep so I’ll work on that today and tonight. I am up from last weeks weight for sure, I just don’t know the exqct number, but somewhere in the 2 pound range.
10/31-197.8-(Trend Weight: 200.2)- All the yardwork is catching up. Woot Woot! Travel today. I do not intend on taking two steps back after taking my step forward! 0.6 lb down for the month. It’s not impressive but it’s improvement!
