    125 crunches for me and 2.5 hours of cardio and resistance training on top of those 125 crunches.

    OMG ! :tongue: You guys are pure fitness chicks ! Look at all the crunches you've been doing.

    I have done : ta daaa........: 200 total.

    But I'm back in the game and tomorrow I'm starting a wogging - program designed to do 5 k in 12 weeks. But maybe it'll take longer, because I'm in a terrible shape.

    And it is weigh in : 254 lbs - not proud :embarassed:

    But my goal is 250 by next friday.

    I'm just finnally excited about this again - woot woot !

    I finally got a few crunches in last night. Only 35 but it is better than nothing. I was pretty sore from the gym the night before. I also did 10 pushups. I am going to try and keep up on the crunches and pushups. I'm also down 1.6 lbs this week. Best week since I joined MFP. I am hopeing to be saying goodbye to the 220's next week. Congrats to all the losers and those who stayed the same and even if you gained a bit. Hope you all have a great weekend!

    weigh in for today- down 2 lbs. Still making up for the 5lb gain from last week but that happens from time to time.

    Congrats to everyone! You're all doing great!

    I gained 1 lb this week. But, from what I can tell, it's water weight. I am hopefull the downward trend will resume this week.
