I buy everything online.
The dress is beautiful and fits perfectly but we decided not to go to the event and the dress is too darn expensive to keep. 😢1 -

That sucks. It's a gorgeous dress.
I've had such a hard time finding fancy dress clothes that I like and fit me when I need them that I developed a strategy of buying them (obviously sticking to classic styles and avoiding trend details that would date them) whenever I found something on sale. Forgetting that I don't have a lot of fancy dress events in my life and amassing quite a collection of things that have never been worn.1 -

I buy everything online too (only stores I go to are the market and that's because I need to pick out what little fruit I buy myself) and the "Sure, We Still Have Things for 99 Cents store because they charge for shipping to the home.
I was wondering why you were returning it!
You should keep it anyway. How often do clothes that you buy online fit perfectly if you can't try them on first?1 -

I would keep it, I think it is beautiful but darn thing was ridiculously expensive especially for a dress I will rarely wear.

Omg, I can't believe cauliflower costs $6 there too! I'm used to our groceries being more expensive than the US.
For a couple of weeks I was craving cauliflower but could I find one? Three different supermarkets and not a cauliflower to be seen. It was bizarre. Then I was in a fourth store and they had a few so I grabbed one... at $5.99... but I was desperate at that point. The cauliflower was "Mr. Lucky" brand so I've called the thing Mr. Lucky ever since.0 -
