Health Canada's guidelines on alcohol consumption have changed dramatically. In 2011, the guidelines said that a consumption level of up to 2 drinks per day, or 10 per week, for women and up to 3 drinks per day, or 15 per week, for men was considered "low risk." The update is based on two years of research and a review of nearly 6,000 peer-reviewed studies. The new guidelines recommend two or fewer drinks per week. Anything more than that is considered a risk to health. At three to six drinks weekly, your risk is "moderate" (a 1 in 100 risk of premature death). RIsks rise sharply, especially for women, over six drinks per week. https://globalnews.ca/news/9413517/canada-alcohol-use-guidance-ccsa/

No biking/spinning/walking/running for me for a bit so I'm switching it up to whatever I can do from the floor. My right big toe is next up for the same surgery (double-ugh). I plan to be AF today.

Do you have a pool close by? Swimming is a great none weight bearing cardio option.
