    I have been having a great deal of trouble with MFP over the last 2 or 3 days.
    I enter stuff, and it disappears! Very frustrating.
    I have a desktop and a laptop. My desktop I think is not accepting all of the tracking and cookies from MFP.
    I don't want to have to continue to enter stuff a dozen times before it "takes".

    Is anyone else encountering this over the past few days?

    3rd Week Goal Weight: 139.4 - (Ambitious)
    3rd Week Actual Weight: 144.2 - Somehow put on 3 pounds while down sick for 1 day! Started the week at 142.4
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 6063 = 866.14 average over 7 days - Really big calorie burn this past week except for the day that I was sick

    4th Week Goal Weight: 139.6 - (Ambitious)
    4th Week Actual Weight: 143.8 - Started the week at 143.6
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 3563 = 509 average over 7 days

    5th Week Goal Weight: 139.2 - Not likely with holiday eating, but going to plunk in this number until I hit it. Turned out that Turkey dinners carefully portioned actually lost me weight this week.
    5th Week Actual Weight: 142.6 - Started the week at 143.4
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 4496 = 642 average over 7 days.

    6th Week Goal Weight: 139.2 - Putting this number in until I hit it
    6th Week Actual Weight: 142.8 Started the week at 145.4
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 986 - Even 1150 eating days didn't give me much excess because of low exercise during my sore ankle and subsequent steroid injection into it.

    7th Week Actual Weight: 143.6 Started the week at 144.2. I had Ribs, and may have them one more time during this 100
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 2762, 394.7 average over 7 days, I know that this needs to be higher to lose weight. Ankle is getting there, so hopefully soon I can get back to it.

    8th Week Actual Weight: 142.8 Started the week at 143.8
    Excess calories burned (In the green): 2983 = 426.14 - a little closer to my goal of 500 per day averaged out over the week.

    Day 57 – 1/23 - 143.6 - Very late in posting today. I gain weight every weekend. Someone please remind me to make the end of my week like Thursdays next 100. I do workouts on the weekends, but don't get the 400+ steps from waitressing in. Also I haven't had any trail walks/skis because of the weather conditions (puddles on top of ice) and my sore ankle. It was a good weekend, got out to the Theatre Saturday night for a production of "Cabaret". We are due for the weather to become colder here soon, so more ice. That makes it easier for me to handle having to take it easy on my sore ankle in hopes that the steroid will kick in over the next few weeks.
    Day 58 – 1/24 - 142.8 - No splits this week (or ever again?) but I have been invited for dinner tomorrow night, Indian/Indonesian couple, the food is always amazing. I will do my best to keep it reasonable.
    Day 59 – 1/25 - 144.0 - No reason at all for the big jump in weight. I don't feel heavier at all this morning, calories and activity were on point.
    Day 60 – 1/26 - 143.4 - Weight is all over the place. I feel a bit stuck. There is public skating today, but I am not going to go this time with my sore ankle. I went last Wednesday and then was awake all night in pain. Not sure if the steroid shot in my ankle is going to work or not, trying to stay patient.

    Day 53: Tues, 1/17: 145.6 - Up two pounds. Maybe due to a high sodium dinner last night? Also had 1 glass of red wine, although I'm not sure if that was a contributing factor in my weight increase.

    Day 57: Sat, 1/21: 143.6 - Stayed on track with my meals yesterday and got a workout in. No change in weight for 3 days.
    Day 58: Sun, 1/22: 143.8 - 4th day no change in weight. I did have potato chips and a McDouble from McDonald's yesterday, so I guess I should be happy my weight didn't go up.

    @dawnbgethealthy I am not having that trouble with MFP but I had a hard time closing out last night. It kept saying the forum was too full. I had to wait quite awhile to get in.

    My Name is Donna, Age 62. I am 5’5” tall & I live in Northern Michigan USA

    My mini-challenge is to lose 10 pounds by Easter 2023. I started my efforts on Dec. 10th weighing 198.4. My wish is to weigh 188.4 by Easter April 9th, 2023. That gives me about 4 months to lose 10 pounds. Sounds easy but, trust me, it won’t be. Especially when outside exercise is so limited for me this slippery time of year!

I knew it would be worse after the holidays and all! I’ve got a lot of work to do. I got my old treadmill back last night from the folks who bought my house 2 years ago. They saw me looking for one on facebook and even brought it to me. My cardiac rehab therapists are going to be very happy.

    Day 62-01/26-196.8-(Trend weight 197.9) In two weeks they are changing my cardiac rehab days from Mon/Wed to Tue/Thur. I’m not real happy about that due to lots of previously made appointments coming up on those days. Also, the whole town seems to have senior discounts (30%) all over the place on Wednesdays only. I’ll be missing that for sure! Yesterday was a very good eating day. I would say great but I did try something not on my pre-logged food. It was small so I dropped off one of my snacks to make up for it and still had pretty good macros afterall, (over by 5 on carbs tho). Nice to still see a loss. Got some exercise in during the rehab. Broke a sweat and my EKG showed good. I decided to look up my BMI future after reading a post from someone else on another challenge. I will finally (barely) dip into the overweight category at exactly 180 pounds. That is certainly another goal to achieve.

    Day 57 – 1/23 - 143.6 - Very late in posting today. I gain weight every weekend. Someone please remind me to make the end of my week like Thursdays next 100. I do workouts on the weekends, but don't get the 400+ steps from waitressing in. Also I haven't had any trail walks/skis because of the weather conditions (puddles on top of ice) and my sore ankle. It was a good weekend, got out to the Theatre Saturday night for a production of "Cabaret". We are due for the weather to become colder here soon, so more ice. That makes it easier for me to handle having to take it easy on my sore ankle in hopes that the steroid will kick in over the next few weeks.
    Day 58 – 1/24 - 142.8 - No splits this week (or ever again?) but I have been invited for dinner tomorrow night, Indian/Indonesian couple, the food is always amazing. I will do my best to keep it reasonable.
    Day 59 – 1/25 - 144.0 - No reason at all for the big jump in weight. I don't feel heavier at all this morning, calories and activity were on point.
    Day 60 – 1/26 - 143.4 - Weight is all over the place. I feel a bit stuck. There is public skating today, but I am not going to go this time with my sore ankle. I went last Wednesday and then was awake all night in pain. Not sure if the steroid shot in my ankle is going to work or not, trying to stay patient.
    Day 61 – 1/27 - 142.0 - Weird. I had a very late night with my other job, Foster Grant, because it is reset season. I didn't get to eat until after 11pm, very surprised to see the drop. Even when calories are on point, usually late eating is not good. I'll take it of course : - )

    My mini-challenge is to lose 10 pounds by Easter 2023. I started my efforts on Dec. 10th weighing 198.4. My wish is to weigh 188.4 by Easter April 9th, 2023. I’m not real happy about that due to lots of previously made appointments coming up on those days. Also, the whole town seems to have senior discounts (30%) all over the place on Wednesdays only. I’ll be missing that for sure! Yesterday was a very good eating day. I would say great but I did try something not on my pre-logged food. It was small so I dropped off one of my snacks to make up for it and still had pretty good macros afterall, (over by 5 on carbs tho). Nice to still see a loss. Got some exercise in during the rehab. Broke a sweat and my EKG showed good. I decided to look up my BMI future after reading a post from someone else on another challenge. I will finally (barely) dip into the overweight category at exactly 180 pounds. That is certainly another goal to achieve.

I was able to go down to the school yesterday and walk inside for 45 minutes because my daughter works there. That was so nice. They haven’t allowed that since 2019 before the Covid school shut-downs. I plan on doing this a couple of times a week. I will also be rotating in the equipment that has taken over my livingroom. I’m still feeling strong in my resolve. Today is a travel day with a friend who eats too much and is very overweight. She needed a driver. My diet may be off but I will work hard to not undo all my progress. Thanks to everyone who noticed my 5 year anniversary on MFP yesterday. Wow! Where has the time gone?

    Day 51: 01/15 - 230.0 - Did NOT Journal nor track water … this is becoming a bad habit. No exercise but I did cut back the dead plants in the yard before they start to flush out again then I went shopping with my sister. Unplanned wine in the evening.
    Day 52: 01/16 - 230.0 - Did NOT Journal nor track water but I did drink more water, walked 1 mile, 2 glasses wine.
    Day 53: 01/17 - 232.4 - WHOA! Did NOT Journal nor track water but did drink more water. AF. I’m starting to sound like a broken record. Strength Training class for 1 hour then 2-3 hours of yard work. Ended up soaking in the bath and then using a heating pad on my back. But felt lovely in the evening and went out to meet my book club for dinner. Starting my food journal TODAY!
    Day 54: 01/18 - 231.8 - Still not tracking water and food. AF, no exercise. Teaching ESL, read, shopped, etc. Productive day except for getting myself back on plan.

    Day 59: 01/23 - 231.2 - Walked 1.3 miles. AF. Spent the day digging in boxes and looking for easter pics of my kids for seasonal frame area I’ve created this year. I found 5 pics between the years 1992-1998! My adult children were so little. My kids keep asking who their kids take after. This has been a fun project. It also helps for me to see how thin I was after 3 kids ... and to think I thought I was fat back then!

    Day 57 – 1/23 - 143.6 - Very late in posting today. I gain weight every weekend. Someone please remind me to make the end of my week like Thursdays next 100. I do workouts on the weekends, but don't get the 400+ steps from waitressing in. Also I haven't had any trail walks/skis because of the weather conditions (puddles on top of ice) and my sore ankle. It was a good weekend, got out to the Theatre Saturday night for a production of "Cabaret". We are due for the weather to become colder here soon, so more ice. That makes it easier for me to handle having to take it easy on my sore ankle in hopes that the steroid will kick in over the next few weeks.
    Day 58 – 1/24 - 142.8 - No splits this week (or ever again?) but I have been invited for dinner tomorrow night, Indian/Indonesian couple, the food is always amazing. I will do my best to keep it reasonable.
    Day 59 – 1/25 - 144.0 - No reason at all for the big jump in weight. I don't feel heavier at all this morning, calories and activity were on point.
    Day 60 – 1/26 - 143.4 - Weight is all over the place. I feel a bit stuck. There is public skating today, but I am not going to go this time with my sore ankle. I went last Wednesday and then was awake all night in pain. Not sure if the steroid shot in my ankle is going to work or not, trying to stay patient.
    Day 61 – 1/27 - 142.0 - Weird. I had a very late night with my other job, Foster Grant, because it is reset season. I didn't get to eat until after 11pm, very surprised to see the drop. Even when calories are on point, usually late eating is not good. I'll take it of course : - )
    Day 62 – 1/28 - 142.8 - I will have a late eating night again since I am going after work to...work.
