Huge weight loss this week but itโs probably going to be followed by a gain, I had a 24 hour bug earlier this week and even though Iโve been back to eating for 24 hours I donโt think my weight got itself straight yet.11 -

This is mainly water weight from eating carbs! I follow a low carb diet and spent 2 weeks at my mums and gained 10lb!! Just got to lose the 2lb I put on at Xmas and I'll be back to December 12th weight!! 14lb to target8 -
I wonโt lie, tom & terrible takeaway choice was reason for this gain. I didnโt put it up yesterday cos I didnโt want to acknowledge the gain. But if I pretend & act like Iโm losing or at least maintaining, Iโm lying to you guys and to myself. So part of taking accountability is to admit when things go wrong as well as right. You have to take the rough with the smooth. Iโll get back on track this week & keep being honest, because thatโs the only way Iโm going to improve my physical and mental health journey. Sorry for the long explanation ๐

Weight in blue makes me blue because itโs a gain. Weight in fuchsia pink makes me feel cheery because itโs a loss. Weight in black means no change.
02/01-194.6-(Trend Weight: 196.7)- Itโs a short month but I will not lower my expectations for myself. I want the next five pounds gone! That would literally be finding me dipping my smallest pinkie toe into the warm welcoming waters of the 180โs (189.8). What a dream! Itโs sink or swim!
02/07-196.6-(Trend Weight: 196.6)- Iโve been so back and forth this week and affected by travel. Iโm just not doing any better on my choices in that department (in most cases). The required restaurants are just my weakness that I canโt seem to master most of the time. Iโm a work in progress, even after all these years. The proโฆ..My trend weight is down a touch so Iโm hopeful. Trendweight.com is also continuing to show my date to reach my goal weight getting better and better. Now, if I could just have the same faith in myself that it has in me based on my patterns!
02/14-193.8-(Trend Weight: 195.0)- It has been a very good week for me until last night. This weight reflects a good sized bump up after some self-sabotage. Saw a diabetic specialist yesterday and then spent the night doing exactly the opposite of everything they told me. I donโt know why I do this to myself but today and tomorrow will be redemption days. Iโm proud of my progress so far and got to keep this engine rolling! It is not just a vanity thing at this point. My health really depends on it at this point.

I was 157.0 yesterday morning, so this is a big overnight drop! My lowest was 154.4 last Saturday, so I've been rollercoastering a lot this week. I drank sooo much water yesterday, so this is probably a result of flushing things out. I will aim to drink at least 2.5 litres of water every day for the next week to see what difference it makes.
