    I have a scales that links to an app. Scales sends all the info to an app so you can view it

    I was 157.0 yesterday morning, so this is a big overnight drop! My lowest was 154.4 last Saturday, so I've been rollercoastering a lot this week. I drank sooo much water yesterday, so this is probably a result of flushing things out. I will aim to drink at least 2.5 litres of water every day for the next week to see what difference it makes.
