Have you used videos just for tips or for an actual workout routine? I use this app for trainer lead elliptical and I love it. I HATED working out on machines until I found this. My mind needs something like this to focus on or I just can’t get through it. I don’t have access to a rower but I would like to.

I've done both. I'll check this out tho...rowers you have to go down then pull up and back but its trickier than it sounds or looks1 -
Hotel fitness room selfie. Late workout on the road. Just me and my thrash metal playlist, an elliptical, some weights, a medicine ball, a bosu and determination to get some cardio in.6 -
2 more weeks until I can go back to my regular gym. I just love going to the gym on my own now too. With my headphones on, in my own world, doing my own thing. I like my normal group setting stuff but I’m enjoying this more and more.12 -

Just back from a bike ride. I did have a shirt on while cycling through the neighborhood. It’s a beautiful day in northeast Florida. Sunny and 72 at the moment.11 -
