    I'm Chris - 72 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    Holding steady. Today was my birthday, so gave myself a treat day. Not a loss but okay with the fact that I’m close to my overall February goal (not revised). Was being optimistic with the revised goal, but overall happy with my February progress.

    January 28 (Starting Weight): - 139.8 (10-day average 141.7)
    February goal - Maintain current weight
    Ultimate goal - Range between 139 - 148

    I report scale weight and (ten day average weight), and I post on Saturdays.

    Total loss for February I am holding steady again this week. My weight is unchanged from last week; that's maintenance. I am at the low end of my goal range, and I'm going to just be OK with that and not actively try to gain to the middle. I am pleased to be able to claim success for the fourth week in a row.

I did notice a loss in the middle of the week which made me think i could increase my calories but today its caught up with me. Started being strict again yesterday so hopefully March will show more results

    Even in maintenance, you've got to remain vigilant. You have to stick to it. It's the only way.

    15.4lb in a month, about 10lb of which is carb water
    Just 8lb away from my end goal and 100lb loss
    Checking in tomorrow for my final Feb weight as I'm due another drop!

    Week full of challenges, in which I started some good rules. I can't justify that huge drop in weight, but I'm happy. I got close to February's goal. Thanks to all! :-)
