    My name is Mary, 65 from Pennsylvania. I'm a RN and work long days. Logging in everyday since I started MFP 5/14/21.
    Unfortunately lost my mojo and gained a lot back but not all Thank God! Need to get back on track and focused.

    Heaviest weight 255 lbs, twice. :-(
    9/14/20-255 lbs
    5/14/21-232.2 lbs MFP start date.
    4/6/22- 147.6 lbs (107.4 lbs lost) I did NOT have a surgery. Did Keto.
    8/1/22- 167.2 lbs
    12/1/22-198 lbs
    1/1/23- 213.4 lbs
    2/1/23- 207.4 lbs
    3/1/23- 201 lbs

    February weight lost:6.4 lbs not the 8 lbs I was hoping for but I'm still happy with this!

    03/01-191.6-(Trend Weight 192.8)- Just as I feared. Up a full pound. It was nice touching 189.8 the other day but this is EXACTLY why I don’t claim and embrace a new decade until I reach the 7 (as in 187). The ups and downs and all arounds are enough to drive you crazy. Round and round and round we go, where we’ll stop, nobody knows. Have a nice hump day everyone!

    03/02-193.2-(Trend Weight 192.8)- WTH? I had a GREAT day yesterday! My carbs were good but my calories were a little low 2 days in a row. Either the other day caught up with the scale, or I will have to make sure I reach my calorie goal. I can’t blame bloat. I took my water pill yesterday. My new scale put me exactly the same as yesterday (though it runs heavier than my old one, which isn’t really old.) My “old” scale has me up to this weight. Wow! I know I did not have the greatest calorie burn yesterday as I had a lot of sit down work, but I did get in one 30 minute dance session. Disheartening. Travel today to rehab. Cold & Snowy.

    Hi Jill! Hi Team! <3

    Thanks so much for starting this challenge! I'd love to get into the habit of weighing in daily and consistent logging of my food diary and activities. I love your template; so I will copy/paste on a daily basis, as you show above.

    I live in the Boston area and work in Cambridge (Massachusetts). My 65th birthday will be August 18th and I hope to be within "normal" BMI range by Summer. I live alone with a cat (The "Mimichou"!) who's almost 18 years old. I have one married son (age 39). No grandbabies yet. I work for Mass General Brigham Personalized Medicine as an administrative assistant (Genetic Research). I walk to and from work most weekdays and it's more than 2 miles each way. I now average a walking speed of over 4.0 miles per hour! I am only 5'3"; so that's FAST, LOL!) I'm pretty healthy but I still need to lose some weight and especially fat around my middle and potbelly. (My "booty" has pretty much been walked off, ha-ha! Hips 38", belly 42"!) My waist currently measures 36" but I would like it to get down to 32" or less by my birthday.

    My goals for March:
    1) Lose at least 8 lbs. by April 6th (next meeting for my "Path to Lifestyle Change" program, 5 weeks ahead)
    2) Continue to log food and activity daily and stick to it!
    3) Participate in "Zumba 6-Week Transformation Program" more consistently https://zumba6week.com/
    4) NO alcoholic beverages whatsoever!

    Starting fresh for March (Total weight loss from all-time high of 217: 68.6) I will post pics again 3/31.

    I’ve just turned 54 and I live in Michigan. My hubby and I have 2 kids in college… my son is graduating in May and my daughter is a freshman. Both kids will be home for Spring Break so I look forward to a full house.

    My goals for March:
    🧹Spring clean workout
    📝 Continue to log consistently
    🐶Puppy-proof the house for our upcoming furry baby
    🥗 Continue the high-protein, lower carb, lower fat plan

    January weight lost: 7.7 pounds
    February weight lost: 5 pounds
    March goal: 2 pounds… stretch goal 3 pounds

    Hi, everyone! I am a 45 year-old female. I am 5'4" married with four kids and a new full-time job since January. Physically, I am a two-time cancer survivor, I have Hypothyroidism, and Plantar Fasciitis. I struggle with planning meals, overindulging in carbs, not finding time to exercise, and being consistent, but I have a good heart and am always grateful for every moment I have, even the frustrated ones. Lol!

    My goals for March:
    ☘️C25K program 3x week - Walk 3xweek
    ☘️Strength Training 3x week
    ☘️ZUMBA Saturdays
    ☘️Pre-plan meals and log food everyday
    ☘️Take thyroid med everyday

    02: 193.6 - Hubby had cervical fusion surgery two days ago. I am eating my stress. I recognize that and will be forgiving of this rough start to the month. The house is a train wreck. After stuffing my face for 10 minutes straight and feeling the aftereffects of giving myself a stomach ache, I know I need to find better ways to cope during this time. The house is a train wreck, so I started to focus on cleaning the kitchen, which moved into cleaning the bathroom, and I am now progressing into the living room. I think this is starting to give me a sense of control that has been lacking.

    03/03-194.6-(Trend Weight 192.8)- Definite bloat from travel, sodium restaurant lunch and no water pill. I can see it in my ankles and abdomen. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better indication of where I am at. Good luck this round everyone!

    3 169.8 worked yesterday, got 12,000 + steps in, little shy on my water goal, ran before work, really happy that I am prioritizing my workouts.
