Hi, everyone! I am a 45 year-old female. I am 5'4" married with four kids and a new full-time job since January. Physically, I am a two-time cancer survivor, I have Hypothyroidism, and Plantar Fasciitis. I struggle with planning meals, overindulging in carbs, not finding time to exercise, and being consistent, but I have a good heart and am always grateful for every moment I have, even the frustrated ones. Lol!

02: 193.6 - Hubby had cervical fusion surgery two days ago. I am eating my stress. I recognize that and will be forgiving of this rough start to the month. The house is a train wreck. After stuffing my face for 10 minutes straight and feeling the aftereffects of giving myself a stomach ache, I know I need to find better ways to cope during this time. The house is a train wreck, so I started to focus on cleaning the kitchen, which moved into cleaning the bathroom, and I am now progressing into the living room. I think this is starting to give me a sense of control that has been lacking.4 -

03/02-193.2-(Trend Weight 192.8)- WTH? I had a GREAT day yesterday! My carbs were good but my calories were a little low 2 days in a row. Either the other day caught up with the scale, or I will have to make sure I reach my calorie goal. I can’t blame bloat. I took my water pill yesterday. My new scale put me exactly the same as yesterday (though it runs heavier than my old one, which isn’t really old.) My “old” scale has me up to this weight. Wow! I know I did not have the greatest calorie burn yesterday as I had a lot of sit down work, but I did get in one 30 minute dance session. Disheartening. Travel today to rehab. Cold & Snowy.
03/03-194.6-(Trend Weight 192.8)- Definite bloat from travel, sodium restaurant lunch and no water pill. I can see it in my ankles and abdomen. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better indication of where I am at. Good luck this round everyone!

03/04-193.0-(Trend Weight 193.1)- Glad to see the bloat gone, but it looks like I’ve got some work to do. I would say that this is my true weight and it is up from earlier in the week. I am pre-logging, sipping on my water and planning some indoor exercise today. I babysat DGS until about 11:30 pm last night. I managed to keep the diet good but no exercise as I don’t have 20 straight minutes for ANYTHING when he is here. My daughter doesn’t work today so the day BELONGS to ME! No excuses! I want to get back closer to the 180’s again. Oh, how I would love to scratch off another decade on the top of this post! I need the turquoise GONE and I need to be working down the green!

Hi all! A bit late to the party but thought I'd join anyway- it might be a good way to stay consistent.
I started my healthy eating plan last Sunday- I am a food addict/compulsive overeater so the only thing my food plan is right now is no flour/sugar (foods I can overeat on the most) and eating every 4-5 hours so sometimes it's just 3 meals, sometimes there's a snack added if needed. I'm also going to as many recovery meetings as possible, which I will be accountable for by adding a next to the days that I attended an OA meeting.
My weigh in on Feb 26th (day 1) was 387.0lb
I may not weigh in absolutely every day- I said to myself once I see a random gain, I'm going to give it a few days just because weight fluctuates and I don't want to obsess about the weight so much...even though that's hard to do!
