Hi,
My name's Eddie and I'm just starting my weight loss journey! I struggle with Binge Eating Disorder and my main goal at the moment is simply to eat meals regularly throughout the day and form some routine, but I've added a weight loss goal of 4kg (~9lbs) per month for the purposes of this challenge! My "Ultimate Goal Weight" doesn't actually reflect my ultimate goal, it reflects a 10% weight loss, after which I plan to reassess my next goals! A healthy body weight for me would be around 75-80kgs based on height I believe.
I'm very obese and in the first couple of weeks of eating healthy regular meals so please note that my initial losses may look very high this month, but I'm mentally prepared for things to slow down and regulate over time.
I look forward to seeing where I'm up to tomorrow!

03/08-190.6-(Trend Weight: 192.7)- Tonight is the school concert for two of my grandsons. The kindergartner and the younger high schooler (of the two). It is the next town over where my own children went to school and graduated (before I moved). Normally, for my son and I, I would make it an evening out and go to dinner first while we are all dressed up in our Sunday best. However, Iβm feeling strong in my diet resolve right now (such a blessing when that happens!), so I pre-cooked a nice dinner yesterday and promptly refrigerated it. Tonight I will pull it out, heat it up and call it done. Sticking to my guns when I can and while I can!
03/15-188.8-(Trend Weight: 191.0)- I have had a good week in that I have stayed strong for the most part. I saw my family doctor yesterday and she was pleased with my progress. Iβm sticking to my guns as best as I can. It really makes a difference in my blood glucose readings and that is what is driving me right now. I am spending the day batch cooking. Yesterday at the out-of-town grocery store I bought a 3 pack of large English cut Roasts. I cooked one overnight in the crock pot, Iβm cooking another all day today and Iβll do the last one overnight. Guess what Iβm having for dinner? LOL

Hiya, last month was my first full month back on MFP after reaching my goal, then regaining 26lbs in a year.
Losing weight is hard, gaining weight is far too easy. This time I'm not quitting as soon as I get there, this is for life!

Trend weights are 7 day moving averages
March 1: 151.4 (trend 153.5) Starting the month with a 1.4lb drop overnight, so I have used yesterday's weight of 152.8 to decide my goal weight for the end of the month, giving me just under 1lb a week loss to aim for.
I'm also tracking my trend weight to help smooth out pesky water retention.
March 8: 151.8 (trend 152.4) Not happy with this weight, but I know I have been doing everything right so I have to have faith in the process. I had some excesses over the weekend but have made up for it over the last few days. This is 1.2lbs up from Saturday so I'm feeling a bit frustrated. I've been doing a lot of heavy lifting, so hopefully this is just water from muscle repair. At least my trend weight is down 1.1lbs.
March 15: 147.2 (trend 151.0) Big drop over night, but I'm not getting excited about it as I'm almost certain it's just dehydration. Yesterday's weight was 150.6, so that's a more realistic number. 2 more weeks to try and get to 148 but I'm away in Portugal for the last week of this challenge so I'm expecting to gain rather than lose.
