🥗 Continue the high-protein, lower carb, lower fat plan

11–210.8…my son and daughter have been home spending time with Nova on their spring break. It has been so nice hanging out with them. I’ve been taking a break from logging and the scale is starting a slow creep, so it’s time to get back to basics.

    Friday, the 10th

    Logged: Up until a point.
    Under: Nope, not at all.
    Water: 10 cups, I think.
Exercise: Yes, I went for a 33 minute walk in the snow!!
    Steps: 9,777

I went to the grocery store hungry. Yes, I did know better, but I was out "my foods"! Naturally, I bought some things I shouldn't have, and then I ate them, of course! I was out of calories by 4 pm! My husband went curling, so I was home alone. Not starving by any means, but I got into the chips I bought for him, and then it became a free-for-all. Had it not been the case, I would have walked around my house to get to 10K steps, but I had already blown the day. Up a pound on the scales. Today is a new day.

    Hi!
My name is Andi and I currently live in Illinois.
I’d love to be a part of this Group.
    My starting weight was 235.
I dropped to 229.8 in February, and will weigh again on March 20th. I can share with you my habits and trials and successes.
My current challenge is to stop snacking after 6:00pm, because my blood glucose goes up.
I’m also trying to log my exercise and establish a routine of stretching, walking, and resistance training.
My ideal body weight is 150.
I’ve been trying to do this for a decade or more.
The lowest I’ve reached is 180.

Looking forward to meeting new people!!!

At the moment I'd love to be in the 200s, but eventually I will be aiming towards that 200 goal so I thought it would be good to join this challenge!

My name is Eddie, I'm 29, and I really struggle with my mental health. In the past this has meant binge eating on fast food as I had little to no energy to deal with food prep.

    March goals:
    No fast food
    Eat regular meals
    Lose ~10lbs

    Highest weight: 366lbs
    Start Weight: 358.3lbs

    March Beginning: 358.3lbs
    March Current: 346.1lbs

Half way through March and already beat my 10lb target!

    March:

    10th - 351.0lbs
    11th - 348.1lbs
    12th - 349lbs
I did have fastfood today, but it was with friends and not a binge!
    13th - DNW
I "forgot" but I suspect deep down I was concerned about the results of the pizza!

Wow Eddie, you’re already doing so well. Slow and steady wins the race. I’m a binge eater also. I found that eliminating alcohol helped me. It wasn’t so much a calorie thing but a will power thing. Nothing goes better with a cold beer than a giant bag of crisps or a pizza 🫣
Looking forward to seeing your journey 💪
