2/12 145.0 Three days of light exercise this week.
2/19 144.0 Same light exercise and portion control!
2/26 142.8 Portion control mostly. Want to ramp up exercise next week.
3/5 142.6 Exercise did not happen this week. On a good note, I did not gain :-)
    3/12 141.8 Two days hiking
    3/19 Travel week
3/25 138.8 Back to portion control and exercise next week.

My dr put me on wegovy, an FDA approved weight loss drug you inject yourself, once a week. She said it as been very successful for her patients. It really does suppress my desire to eat and I have not experienced other side effects. If interested, you should talk to your dr as it is not for everyone, particularly people with thyroid issues. Plus not all insurance plans cover it so check into that as it is expensive. I will keep posting my progress.

My daughter's doctor put her on something for weight loss that seems to do the same thing, she has no desire to eat. I'm not sure what it is but I know it's not wegovy as her insurance wouldn't cover it. Whatever her doctor prescribed it's a medication taken orally. He prescribed it in October and she's lost 40 lbs so far, dropping her A1C back down into the normal range.

If your insurance won't cover the Wegovy and you'd like me to, I can ask her what she is taking and let you know.

@GinLee61 I would love to know the medication your daughter is on. Especially since the weight loss substantially helped her A1C. I am a T2D.

@200Karen Jumping on trampoline is really good for the lymphatic system. On the balls of our feet, I believe, we have lymph nodes. I once heard that. Not sure if that's accurate.
