    I have quite a lot of loose skin from losing the excess I carried for almost 60 years, thighs are quite saggy, that stops about 4 inches above my knees then my legs are skinny but muscley from all the walking I do, but I'd rather have the saggy skin than the fat!!

    I also sag EVERYWHERE! So frustrating but if I would get back to fasting for a little longer (48 hr) I think I would see that shrink at least a bit.

    Since starting the meds for hypothyroidism, I see you've had steady weight loss.. did you also alter your diet to cut carbs or anything? I have hypothyroidism and have continually struggled to keep the scale from going up with very little losing results no matter what I do :(

    @coffee_and_chaos I never really changed my diet to lose weight. I am allergic to Beef and lamb-other than that, I put little restrictions on my diet. I go back in two days to have my thyroid blood test again-not sure if that is or isn't the reason I lost weight and now it has stalled. I think I lost most of my weight on my treadmill-I have always been a light eater (abt 1200 calories). I started gaining weight when I started writing again during Covid, I now am making sure I exercise more-burning about 300-500 calories a day on the treadmill. Not sure if that answers your question.     73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    Round Goal: Decided to go for 2 lbs loss this round and see how it goes.

    Plan This Round:
    1) 80 fl oz of water daily.
    2) Reduce sodium intake
    3) Log daily
    4) Work on getting better sleep (use a sleep machine, but still suffer from insomnia)

    4/22: 308.4

    4/23: 309.4 (+ 1 lb) (Dinner last night) Usually don't like eating after 6 p.m. Wasn't hungry until late. I try to eat only when hungry, and wasn't hungry until late.

    4/24: 308.4 (-1 lb) Need to make sure that even if hungry not to eat after 6 p.m, seem to retain water when I do. Have plenty of water yesterday 100 fl oz. Need to work on logging in dairy daily.
