    @shoranani, I find these are good snacks that are also filling:
    1) hard boiled egg- 75 calories
    2) chip dip carrots & 2 tbsp. Hummus -about 100 cal.
    3) 2% cottage cheese 16oz & fruit (my favorite blackberries) 100 cal
    4) air-popped popcorn 3 cups 100 cal.

    @clprieur When I did WW back in 2008-9, I would have a granola bar (abt 100 cal and higher in carbs) before I headed to the gym, do my workout and then drink my WW chocolate shake mixed with 2 cups of milk. It satisfied the milk “requirement” and was high in protein. The idea came from a workout group on WW forums, at the time. Carbs before and protein after. It worked very well for me.

    4/22 194.6 I've been stress shopping and think stress eating as well. But success, last night was able to sleep okay with just the supplements.

    Oooh, cottage cheese and fruit! Only ever had it with pineapple, never thought of adding my own and I'm going to try it! Banana I think will be very filling.
