    Short Term Goal: To weigh less at the end of this round than I did at the end of the last round.
    Special Challenge: To Lose 6 pounds between my birthday (May 10th) and the 4th of July. Starting Weight on May 10th: 195.1 Goal Weight on July 4th: 189.1 I hope I can step on the scales and see fireworks!!!!
    Final goal: 145-155. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise: Move 30 minutes per day rotating activity.

    05/12 -195.3- (Trend weight 193.9) Not a lot of activity yesterday. Beauty shop and then visited my elderly friend who just got out of the hospital. I got her out sitting on her porch for awhile to lift her spirits. My diet yesterday was so-so. Healthy, but the portions were uncalled for.

    73 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...

    I’ve never tried one, but I ordered a Renpho that has good reviews. My home scale is Renpho so I’m hoping results are consistent. I will let you know after I try it out!
