    2. 207.4 This is what happens when you stay within your calorie budget!
    3. 207.6
    4. 206.0 I am very hungry. I might not be eating enough; I shall have to take a closer look at my diary and the numbers. Or maybe I have been "stuffed" for so long that I forget what normal satiety feels like!
    5. 207.6 (?)
    6. 206.6 That looks better!
    7. 207.0
    8. 206.2 I don't usually weigh myself everyday, so I am not used to seeing these ups and downs with no immediate explanation! But I do see the trend....and I like the trend!!

I'm happy for you. I've had a 45 pound weight loss. Today I am focusing on some of my disordered eating. Try Happy Scale app for logging weight ( it will allow past weigh in to be logged). It is a little more trend driven and not so day to day scale triggering. BEST OF LUCK.

    16. 202.2 That's a big jump! I did leave a lot of calories on the table yesterday, only because I could not decide what to eat. Then it was bedtime. Don't know if this new low will last, seeing as I kind of missed a few numbers getting here (they may feel slighted and I may have to go back and visit them!) But, for the time being, this is a new low since March 8th, my last official weigh-in with MFP. I have now lost 0.2 lbs!

@jm216 I am soooo happy for you!! You have worked hard and been consistent, and it has paid off for you!! Eight years....wow! I wouldn't be surprised if there were some happy tears this morning. You did it, my friend. Congratulations, and here's to your next goal! (Is it too early for champagne? Maybe I will make us some virtual Mimosas). Cheers!!

Fell off the rails the last couple of days. Tuesday it started with my routine being different. It finished with me going to the grocery store hungry, but without the calorie budget to justify the treats bought at the store and then promptly eaten. Went way over with reckless abandon. (Kind of scary how easily I could revert to old habits. I guess those habits are not yet "old" enough to be in the rear view mirror). Wednesday I was still doing a bit of the same, then I got some sad news, so any sort of semblance to reigning it in was lost. I will weigh again on Sunday morning to assess the damage.

@HASWLRS : Sending you a hug of encouragement and support. I struggle with binge-eating and emotional eating. When I “go off the rails,” and spend a couple days getting back into my routine, I take extra care to be gentle with myself and comforting to myself in ways that are not food. This is a progressive journey, not perfection. That last word is an impossibility.

    You can do this.🤗
