    I admit, when I started the month I was skeptical whether workouts with under 300 reps would reach the 3k mark for the month, and I wasn't wanting to swap my heavy weight lifting for high-rep bodyweight stuff. Turns out I didn't need to, and that's even with missing a workout in week 3.
