Looking to Gain Muscle

I had a pretty serious injury back in 2021 and i’m getting back into everything I used to do slowly. Can’t really do what I used to anymore and I struggle with eating! Looking for recipes to hit my daily protein and calorie count

    it's easier to drink the calories than it is to eat them, so if you're under your goal by a significant amount make a smoothie with milk, protein powder, peanut butter, fruits, oats, and things like that
