@itladyee - Charissa, you've got this! You can make good choices... and/or deliberate choices. I'm rooting for you!!

@Viridian1539 - Bekkah, can you meal prep for your dinners throughout the week? That has gotten me out of many a bind when I am just too tired to care anymore. I can say, "Oh, wait, I have a perfectly healthy on plan meal waiting for me in the fridge." I use the website eatingwell.com. There is a ton of information on that website and you can totally go down the rabbit hole looking for something... but I am following a Mediterranean meal plan and I can generally find something that is within my calorie range and within my personal tastes. There are foods you can make ahead and freeze (like a chicken chili which I make A LOT), which you can then reheat for later in the week. There are plans for diabetics, inflammation issues, etc. Again, let me say, there is a ton of information on there and it might be overwhelming, but I found that if I do it in small bits, like 1 or 2 recipes a week (not a full 7 days of different foods), I can handle it.

@BringIt2023 - I'll try taking a look after work; meal prepping would probably be a good thing if I can find the time to manage it. Thanks for the advice!

    Round 225-ended 06/10 -115.5
Round 226 RSW 115.5 (GOAL: to stay between 114.5-115.5 the whole month of June)

    06/11-115.5
    06/12-115.4
    06/13-115.3
    06/14-115.2
    06/15-115.8
06/16-115.8- Damn, two days outside my goal.
Going out to dinner tonight close to the dealership to maybe buy a new car for me (buying a car to me is like having a tooth pulled; to my husband, it is arm wrestling with the hope of victory).
I would be happy to keep the car I have. It is only 3 years old with less than 10,000 miles, but my husband wants the GPS map & cruise control. REALLY, IT IS (and will be) AN electric car we use around town-not sure why I need a GPS to go 6 blocks away-I am guessing it is a guy thing)

We never use the GPS in our car as it is never up-to-date. It can only be updated by a Hyundai dealership on a service and as the service internals are 2 yearly it rarely gets done. We always use the maps on our 'phone as they are always up-to-date including temp. road works/closures. Yes it is a guy thing; that is why DH wanted to update ours a couple of years ago!!!
