Those I have not responded to about joining the challenge you are definitely more then welcome to join. I have been out of town over the weekend and had very very limited time to long on here. So sorry for the delay.
Please post your weights today if you already haven't and I will get something put together for our weights and miles.
I do suggest using a pedometer as life can get crazy and we may not always have time to go for a scheduled walk/run.

My weigh in was on Friday so I'll just go with that as my starting weight. Also, I lost my pedometer at the dog park yesterday so does anyone have recommendations of good ones? Mine counted way to much- I almost had to cut it in half to get a more accurate count.

Rae here are some more links. I have used this 1st one for many yrs the last 2 didnt seem to last as long. But it worked well, but its a bit bulky.

So went to this one earlier this summer.. its way smaller. I washed with my jeans the 1st night :noway: .. forgot it was there. I have stepped on it many times and have slammed it on the tile floor getting undressed and it keeps going and going. I now clip it to my panties so no more washing, stepping, slamming.. it works GREAT!

3.) To walk/run a total of 350 miles by the end of the challenge which equals out to 25 miles a week lets try this . Question does this include walking you do all through the day or strictly continous distance0

wildbeal it can be for the walking you do throughout the day. I know life happens and there are times we cannot get a complete workout in so this will help. I'm just hoping that it will get people moving a little bit more. What's your starting weight?0

Hi! I was going to wait until tomorrow to give my starting weight, since that's when the challenge starts...but it looks like everyone put their weights when they joined, so I'll do that I suppose. My weight is/was 169. I haven't weighed in yet since then...tomorrow is the day for that!
