Returning Member

Hello all. I'm a returning MFP user, haven't used in a long while. I'm 37 and recently reached just over the 230 mark and I'd really like to get back into taking my health/wellness seriously. I've never posted to a forum but I think it might be the motivation I need to get started and keep going. Maybe worth noting, but I have PCOS, so any tips on exercises would be most helpful :smile:

    Hey there! I’m a returning member, too! I’ve got about 100 lbs to lose and have always struggled with prioritizing my health & wellness. I have PCOS as well which doesn’t make it easier! Let’s be friends and we can get motivated together!

    I am a returning member .Yesterday after Exercise .I ate 500 calories over my 1580 limit .I didnt go over points .I had one point left .is this okay .minus my exercise calories .still over 500
