Heyyo,
Female, current weight today is 170lbs. My lowest was 2 years ago this time at 145-149lbs. Ughhh I've felt it really packing on the last two months. I need accountability and motivation.
I'll be tracking from today forward with a meal plan, and I'll figure out exercise too.7 -

Hi Everyone! I lost 20 lbs in 4 months but full disclosure, on Wegovy, which is prescribed for weight loss. I am now weaning off it...going 10 days between injections, instead of 7. I do not want to stay on this forever. My goal is to maintain my current weight of 150 lbs.
Best of luck to everyone! Thanks Ruby Red for continuing the challenge!
Hi @shannonkelly08 !7 -
Hey I weighed again this morning I went from 250 to 248.9 in one day 🤷 I'm just happy I didn't gain 😄 I got in almost 7000 steps today. I just get over knee surgery so Im happy with that. I'm 5'7" I don't think I put that on here last night.

I am a 5'3" retiree living in upstate NY and started tracking again with MFP in January 2022.
My final goal weight is 145.
Highest weight as of 1/3/22: 230 lbs
July 31: 158.7
Aug 4: 158.2
Challenge Goal: 4 lbs (154.7)
Challenge Actual: .5 lbs (158.2)
Looking forward to this round of the challenge and perhaps losing a few more pounds this time. So many outings and events last round! My weight loss has been pretty much at a stand still since May.
Have a great week!5 -
My husband and I went out for dinner last night and split an entree and had one drink each. Not only is this good for our waistlines, it is good for our wallets. I noticed the couple sitting next to us at the bar were doing the exact same thing; splitting an entree. Most restaurant size portions are easily enough for 2 it seems.5

This will be just what I need! The weight has been sneaking up, based on what I read about my past attempts. After suffering almost total heart blockage and receiving a state of the art mini pacemaker in the ER, I feel I owe it to myself and everyone who jumped into action to save my life to try to improve my health and stay committed. I love LIFE after 81! My newest journey started the day of July 23, 2023. Down 5 lbs. Logging and no Wine!6

I'll join! 5'2 and about 155 lbs. I've gained 15 lbs since this time last year. I've been working from home since October, and that has contributed a lot to me being less active. Also, I've had a bit of a cake obsession.6

Hi! SW 142# want to get to 132#... excited for this challenge!6

Hello everyone, I have been on MFP on and off for over 10 yrs. and I keep coming back. I have been diagnosed with Subclinical Hyperthyroidism. For me this has caused weight gain instead of weight loss. I have just started a holistic program with a Dr. that has reversed people conditions. I have so many food restrictions to ID the problem so I am back to logging so My nutritionist can help me. Top ones: No Gluten, No soy, No corn, no dairy no processed foods. PERIOD. I have to give up alcohol after a wonderful summer of sitting on the patio drinking calories. LOL I have done it before and can do it again. Taking things 30 day at a time so this group seem to fit. I have not weighed in weeks, but I am sure I am in the 160's. Goal is 145. I also need to start lifting weights 3x week and walking daily.
Height 5'5" and 55 yrs. old.6 -
