    Do any of you utilize the weekly report as a premium subscriber? I log every morsel I put into my mouth every single day… I also record all of my activity… And according to this report, My calories in versus my calories out our almost equal… So please, please please tell me where are the results? I promise to remain patient, but something has to give within the next few days!

    So, based on these numbers, I should’ve easily lost 3 pounds since the beginning of this round… Of course everybody’s different so let’s see what the ⚖️ reports on 8/19. In the meantime, I’m going to keep with the plan, and keep giving my best effort 💪🏻…

    I may have to come to the conclusion/acceptance that my metabolism is super slow and losing 1 pound a week will be my results. I have to be willing to accept that. So I ask myself, would I rather be down 12 pounds in 12 weeks with this effort or with little to no effort and maybe less results or a weight gain? I have to choose to do WHATEVER it takes so… I’ll go with -12lbs in 12 weeks every day!!!

    Short Term Goal: To weigh less at the end of this round than I did at the end of the last round.
    Final goal: 145-155. We’ll see how I look & feel when I get there.
    Exercise: Move 30 minutes per day rotating activity.

    Mini challenge: My monthly goal is always about 4 pounds per month. HOWEVER, I never seem to make that. I will continue to keep that goal because it Should Be achievable (even though it is not for me) but never say never, right? So, Between Independence Day Holiday (July 4th) and Labor Day Holiday (Sept 4th) I will weigh somewhere, ANYWHERE in the 180’s. I don’t care if it’s on the brim. I’ve got to start getting further away from the 200’s again! Starting Weight on 7/4 is 195.4.
