Day 1,3,4,5,6 strength all done as circuit training today. SHEESH!!!! :noway: What was I thinking!!! All remaining walking was handled at the zoo Saturday.
Did 400 crunches Friday. 400 Saturday. 400 today (in addition to the 250 done as part of the circuit training). I am thinking I will be sore tomorrow.
Haven't seen week 5 info yet. I will post as soon as I have it.
Just so you all know, I will be taking a break from being a team captain next month. In fact - I am going to attempt some zig-zagging on calories. So - it is likely that I will follow along with the challenge to get the benefit of the strength training, but not participate so that I don't cause a team to lose points when I go over on calories.0 -
Goal weight 127.... Very excited!! I cannot believe the difference this past 9 weeks has made! While in the beginning it was difficult to stay at 1200 calories a day, I know that running and burning calories gives me the extra edge on eating a litte more.
The challenges are FANTASTIC! For me, being accountable for team points gets me moving!!
Honestly, I feel MFP is the absolute best way to aid in the weight/workout life plan!!!!!
