Getting back into shape

It's been 4 years since I've had a steady workout routine and I'm so out of shape. Today I started by walking briskly for 54 minutes after dinner. I also logged my food today and was under my calorie goal- so today felt productive!

Great way to start: Gradual re-build is the way to go, keeping just that manageable bit of challenge in the picture, and keeping it enjoyable/practical. Good show!3
