Why keeping my weight loss track is getting hard?

I have lose 25 kg.from 88.8 to 65.8. But my goal is 55 kg and to get rid of that some weight I'm struggling and instead gaining weight... Any advice..to what to do and Any tips for fat loss.. please

Be patient with yourself and trust the process. You didn't gain this weight overnight, it's not going to go away overnight. My tip is don't think of this as a diet, think of it as changing your habits for life. You've got this!1

What specifically are you struggling with? Is it harder to keep a calorie deficit, are you feeling deprived? Are you tired of measuring and logging everything? Or are you doing it all okay but the weight just stopped coming off like it was before, and what was working is no longer working?
