    I am a daily workout guy. Sundays is my taking it easy day with a 30 min WO. However on occasion depending on weather and how I’m feeling 30 mins gets tossed out the window. Like yesterday went out for slow outside 5k and ended getting home after finishing up a 10k.

    I strength train M-W-Fr
    I walk 5k Tues-Thurs-Sat-Sun.

    I like it. I Def like to work out everyday. I'll usually choose a random day to kinda "take it easy" but I like to be some kind of active everyday.

    I workout everyday. 30 minutes minimum of some type of cardio and lift for a single bodypart.

    Right now my workouts are more like "nah", but I know I need to do a lot better than this. In a few minutes I am going to put my work laptop away, go change clothes, and do a workout before Hurricane Idalia starts harassing us here in Florida.
