My doctor told me about Mel Robbins and I've listened to a couple of hers. She's not specifically health and fitness but I think a lot of her topics overlap with it.

I've been listening to "Found My Fitness" by Dr. Rhonda Patrick. She interviews researchers on their health-related research, and I have learned so much!

I asked this question a few years ago and really enjoyed the recommendations.

    Any new suggestions? TIA!

“The Obesity Guide” with Dr. Matthea Rentea is really good. She is an MD board certified in internal medicine and obesity treatment. She had also had a lifetime struggle with her own weight, so she gets it!
Podcasts cover latest research and science, as well as lots of motivational information.

I can't believe Andrew Huberman hasn't been mentioned yet!

You can search through his podcast episodes for almost anything related to health/fitness. I personally enjoyed his episodes on Circadian Rythm, Hypertrophy/Strength/Endurance training, and Heat/Cold exposure

Huberman Lab discusses neuroscience: how our brain and its connections with the organs of our body control our perceptions, our behaviors, and our health. We also discuss existing and emerging tools for measuring and changing how our nervous system works. Dr. Andrew Huberman is a tenured professor of neurobiology and ophthalmology at Stanford School of Medicine.

The Ten Percent Happier podcast just ran a six-part series "Get Fit Sanely."

    • #608 Dr. Peter Attia -- The Science of Longevity
    • #609 Dr. Mark Hyman -- Can You Really Live to 150 Years Old?
    • #611 Juliet and Kelly Starrett -- An Owner's Manual for Your Body
    • #612 Cara Lai -- Can You Get Fit Without Self-Loathing?
    • #614 Dr. Uma Naidoo -- Your Brain on Food
    • #615 Rachel Hartley -- Nutrition Advice for People Who Don't Want to Go on a Diet

I liked Cara Lai the best, Peter Attia was better than I thought, The Starrett's didn't do much for me.
There is probably something good for everyone here.
